Cancellations
All cancellations for all hire products must be made in writing via email.
- Cancellations with 48 hours or more notice: A 50% refund will be issued.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the event date: No refund will be available and a 100% cancellation fee applies.
Late or Missing refunds

If you haven’t received your expected refund within a reasonable timeframe, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again to ensure the funds haven’t been deposited yet.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account.
- If necessary, contact your bank to inquire about any processing delays.
