Refund Policy

Cancellations

All cancellations for all hire products must be made in writing via email.

  • Cancellations with 48 hours or more notice: A 50% refund will be issued.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the event date: No refund will be available and a 100% cancellation fee applies.

Late or Missing refunds

If you haven’t received your expected refund within a reasonable timeframe, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again to ensure the funds haven’t been deposited yet.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account.
  3. If necessary, contact your bank to inquire about any processing delays.
